Job Description

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience Required: 5+ Years (Food / FMCG / Grocery / Consumer Products)
MBF is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Trainer to lead sales development initiatives across micro-stores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The candidate will be responsible for training teams, improving sales performance, and strengthening product positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct online and on-site sales training programs
- Visit micro-stores and guide sales teams directly
- Train teams on selling millet products, health packs, and related items
- Develop sales strategies and improve conversion rates
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular follow-ups
- Ensure proper product communication and customer engagement
- Drive sales discipline and accountability across locations
- Strong experience in FMCG / Food / Grocery sales
- Proven track record in sales training and field mentoring
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu (mandatory)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to travel within AP & Telangana
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Strong market understanding
- Ability to motivate and build high-performing teams
