Sales Trainer

Mahindra Holidays is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training modules that enhance sales performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training modules tailored to sales teams.
• Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals.
• Continuously update training content based on market trends and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 48 years of experience in sales training, preferably in hospitality, insurance, or real estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven track record of improving sales performance through training.
