Job Role:

Responsible for conducting online & offline trainings for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
Should be willing to travel Pan-India to conduct trainings in case of requirement.
Conduct trainings for MFDs, National Distributors, Banks, employees etc. across the country.
Conduct Soft Skills, Behavioral, Business Development, Product trainings, Equity & Debt market trainings etc.
Should be able to amplify reach through our YouTube channel.
Should be able to conduct Training Need Analysis with distributors & sales teams across the country and come up with modules relevant to the industry and current times.
Should be able to support in content creation.
Base Location: Bengaluru

Job requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of exposure to mutual funds trainings is mandatory.
At least 5-6 years of BFSI training experience required.
Must be well-versed with Tamil, Malayalam & English. This is non-negotiable.
Spoken language proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage.
Must be well versed in training distributors as well as employees.
NISM Mutual Funds V-A certification mandatory before joining.
