Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Product Trainer with strong experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP or Real Estate Sales Training to enable Ambaks sales teams and channel partners at scale. This role plays a critical part in strengthening product knowledge, sales capability, and execution discipline across the organization. The focus is on structured classroom, virtual, and LMS-led training, with field exposure limited to need-based calibration and reinforcement.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Product Training

  • Deliver structured training on Home Loan, LAP, and Mortgage products, lender programs, credit norms, and documentation requirements.
  • Run induction, refresher, and advanced sales programs for internal sales teams and DSA/channel partners.
  • Enable teams on real estatelinked selling, customer advisory conversations, and deal structuring aligned to lender policies.
  • Standardize sales pitch frameworks, objection handling, and conversion best practices across the ecosystem.

Sales Enablement & Performance Support

  • Identify capability gaps using funnel metrics, conversion data, assessments, and leadership inputs.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders to improve sourcing quality, conversion ratios, and policy compliance.
  • Support rollouts of new lender partnerships, product launches, and policy/process changes through focused training interventions.

Training Content, Curriculum & Measurement

  • Develop and maintain training decks, playbooks, SOPs, pitch guides, and role-based learning material.
  • Partner with L&D to design certification programs and structured learning journeys for sales roles.
  • Track training coverage, learner progress, assessment outcomes, and impact on business metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Product, and L&D teams to ensure training stays aligned with business priorities.
  • Act as a feedback bridge between field execution and central teams to continuously refine processes, products, and training content.


Desired Profile

  • 36 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales training, or strong sales experience in Home Loans / Mortgages / LAP / Real Estate with exposure to training or sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end loan lifecycle, DSA sourcing, credit assessment basics, documentation, and lender processes.
  • Ability to simplify complex product and policy concepts for large sales teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with need-based field visits
