Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainee role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Trainee will assist the sales team in researching and identifying potential leads, building relationships with clients, and managing customer inquiries. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, participating in sales training programs, and supporting the sales management team in meeting business objectives. The role is designed to help develop essential sales and communication skills while contributing to the success of the organization.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to participate in Training programs to develop sales techniques
Understanding of basic Sales Management concepts and the ability to support team efforts
Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Relevant internship or academic experience is a plus
