Job Description
As an Account Manager-Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and relationship management efforts of the cloud services team. This role is designed for individuals interested in building a career in account management and cloud services, learning how to nurture client relationships, understand customer needs, and offer solutions leveraging cloud technologies. You will work closely with senior account managers and cloud specialists to gain expertise in customer engagement, cloud solutions, and business development.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Education: Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of cloud computing technologies and services (experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus).
Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping clients and providing the best customer experience.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Learning Agility: Willingness to learn about new cloud technologies and solutions.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist in managing relationships with key cloud service clients, providing responsive and effective support to meet their needs.
Learning & Development: Participate in training and development programs focused on cloud
technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and account management strategies.
Sales Support: Support senior account managers in client presentations, proposal preparation, and follow-ups on sales opportunities.
Cloud Solutions Knowledge: Develop an understanding of various cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and services, to provide clients with relevant solutions and advice.
Customer Success: Work with customers to ensure they are making full use of cloud services and
help them maximize their return on investment.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, technical support, and

Market Research: Assist in researching and analyzing market trends and client needs related to cloud services.
Reporting: Generate reports on client performance, account status, and key insights for internal and client-facing purposes.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud services and solutions.
