Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, target-driven individual to join our team, someone who can engage with prospective students, understand their goals, and convert enquiries into enrolments through consultative counseling and relationship-driven selling.
Your journey begins with a structured 2-month paid training program covering counseling techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and sales conversions. During this period you will receive a stipend of 20,000 per month. You will gain practical exposure to lead management, sales conversations, and admissions conversions, working closely with and learning directly from our experienced sales team in a live, high-performance environment.
Candidates who successfully complete the 2-month training program and demonstrate the right performance and attitude will be offered a full-time Academic Counselor role at 7 LPA.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kick-start their career in sales and counseling. Prior experience in sales, admissions, or any student-facing role is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & First-Level Counseling
Interact with prospective students through phone calls, messaging platforms, website inquiries, and virtual channels.
Understand the candidates academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
Perform initial lead qualification within the admissions funnel.
Provide preliminary guidance regarding relevant programs.
Program & Career Guidance
Explain program curriculum, course structure, and learning outcomes.
Provide accurate information regarding batch schedules, certification pathways, and career opportunities.
Help prospective students understand how specific programs align with their career goals and industry requirements.
Admissions Process Support
Assist candidates throughout the application and enrollment process.
Coordinate documentation, application tracking, and CRM updates.
Support a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Follow-Ups & Student Engagement
Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective students.
Address queries related to programs, fees, schedules, and admissions steps.
Maintain consistent engagement to support admissions conversions.
Counseling Sessions & Presentations
Participate in one-to-one counseling calls and virtual consultations.
Support online information sessions and webinars when required.
Assist in student engagement activities and outreach initiatives.
CRM Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in CRM systems.
Track student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion stages.
Submit daily activity updates and performance reports.
Collaboration & Professional Conduct
Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to share lead insights and student feedback.
Maintain professional communication while representing the organization.
Follow structured admissions processes and performance guidelines.
