Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize direct marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets for your team and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports to senior management on key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements within the sales and marketing processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team to achieve targets and drive performance.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
