Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecaller, based in Gurgaon. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for managing lead generation, making outbound calls to prospective clients and investors, pitching the companys expansion solutions, and scheduling meetings with potential partners. The role involves building and maintaining relationships, addressing client inquiries, and achieving sales goals by communicating effectively and persuasively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
• Proficiency in lead generation, client outreach, and pitching the value proposition
• Ability to manage and qualify leads, negotiate terms, and ensure proper follow-ups
• Basic understanding of franchise operations and market expansion strategies is a plus
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Gurgaon
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is advantageous
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
