Job Description

Execute strategic sales plans to increase advertising revenue across verticals.

Focus on securing new business from both existing accounts and untapped clients (potential accounts that could advertise).

Collaborate with other team members to identify cross-selling opportunities for existing English-majority accounts, expanding their advertising reach to other publications.

Identify new smart sell avenues, form the idea to execute, get sponsors, co-create the solution with the client and position the brand.

Brainstorm ideas with team members, support new initiatives and advertising solutions (beyond print) at branch-level.

In collaboration with the BHH, provide relevant input in setting achievable & ambitious annual sales targets (AOP) for each product in the target markets.

Work closely with Brand Teams to execute targeted strategies for maximizing revenue from advertising in the branch. This includes analyzing market potential data, understanding specific customer requirements, and tailoring solutions to capture untapped client opportunities.

Partner with Response Sales Teams to explore cross-selling strategies, bundling English & Languages products to provide comprehensive advertising solutions for clients.

Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports to the BHH & Branch Head.


Educational Qualifications Required

  • Post Graduate Degree in Management (Sales & Marketing)

Relevant Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Sales processes, Business Development & Client Management.
