Job Title: Sales Team Leader Real Estate Pre-Sales
Department: Sales / Pre-Sales
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Shela, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to 45,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and drive the Pre-Sales team for real estate campaigns. The role involves supervising daily pre-sales operations, ensuring effective lead management, improving conversion rates, and coordinating closely with marketing and site sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in real estate pre-sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team to achieve assigned targets
  • Oversee inbound and outbound calling for real estate projects
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead qualification
  • Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion ratios
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Site Teams for smooth closures
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports
  • Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Train and onboard new team members on CRM, scripts, and project details
  • Ensure strict adherence to CRM processes and company policies


Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong team-handling and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good knowledge of real estate pre-sales and inside sales processes
  • Target-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel


Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred)
  • 35 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales or Inside Sales
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience handling residential or commercial real estate campaigns
  • Exposure to digital, walk-in, and channel partner leads

  • CRM accuracy and reporting compliance
