Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Demand Generation & Opportunity Development
- Drive demand across startups, SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise accounts through structured hunting and farming initiatives.
- Identify business gaps in cloud utilization, digital maturity, automation, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Translate business problems into multi-practice solution engagements aligned with Zarthis portfolio.
Multi-Segment Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with founders, CXOs, IT heads, and functional leaders.
- Position Zarthi as a strategic transformation partner rather than a transactional vendor.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, solution scope, and commercial models.
Commercial Strategy & Deal Governance
- Maintain strong deal momentum across sales cycles of varying complexity.
- Review, structure, and validate commercials across individual and team-driven opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership for pricing strategy and contract approvals.
- Ensure predictable conversion cycles and disciplined pipeline management.
Team Enablement & Execution Excellence
- Mentor team members in consultative selling and value articulation.
- Support proposal structuring and solution positioning across practices.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue realization cadence.
- Remove execution bottlenecks impacting deal velocity.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of B2B technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities
- Strategic territory planning and account mapping expertise
- High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
