Location: NCR (On-ground at gym locations)

Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month

Experience: 24 years

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Role:

Lead on-ground membership sales across 23 gym locations and manage a small sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily and weekly membership sales targets
• Handle walk-ins, enquiries and follow-ups
• Conduct gym tours and membership presentations
• Lead and motivate 23 sales executives
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
• Execute local marketing activities (canopy, pamphlets, tie-ups)
• Work on-ground at gyms (7 days/week)

Must Have:

• 24 years of direct sales experience
• Strong walk-in conversion experience
• Comfortable working 7 days/week
• Good Hindi communication
• High energy, target-driven and hustle mindset
