We are now looking for a Sales Team Lead who has 2-3yrs of experience & who can lead our sales force and drive exponential growth. If youve led a 712 member team , exceeded targets, and thrive in a fast-paced EdTech environment, this role is built for you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to drive revenue.
  • Identify market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Provide performance reviews, guidance, and motivation to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Report regularly on sales metrics, achievements, and improvement strategies.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Passion for EdTech and innovation


Compensation:

Salary: UPTO 7LPA (as per experience).

Incentives: Attractive, performance-linked (aligned with team closures).
