Job Description

Sales Team Lead (In-Office)

Location: Bengaluru (In-Office) Compensation: 40,00050,000/month + Incentives Experience: 45 years in sales (12 years as Team Lead)


Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Lead and manage a team of 6 (4 Executives, 2 Associates)
  • Drive achievement of both individual and team sales targets
  • Coach, train, and monitor performance and accountability
  • Optimize sales and demo strategies for Karnataka customers
  • Proactively make calls to set up own demos as needed
  • Ensure daily reporting, CRM updates, and process discipline

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Individual and team monthly revenue targets achieved
  • Team call and demo scheduling volume
  • Demo-to-sale conversion rates
  • CRM compliance and reporting accuracy

Requirements:

  • 45 years sales experience, 12 years as Team Lead (edtech, BFSI, telecom, consumer sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets (individual & team)
  • Fluent in Kannada & English (must)
  • High accountability, leadership, and communication skills
