Job Description
Sales Team Lead (In-Office)
Location: Bengaluru (In-Office) Compensation: 40,00050,000/month + Incentives Experience: 45 years in sales (12 years as Team Lead)
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Lead and manage a team of 6 (4 Executives, 2 Associates)
- Drive achievement of both individual and team sales targets
- Coach, train, and monitor performance and accountability
- Optimize sales and demo strategies for Karnataka customers
- Proactively make calls to set up own demos as needed
- Ensure daily reporting, CRM updates, and process discipline
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Individual and team monthly revenue targets achieved
- Team call and demo scheduling volume
- Demo-to-sale conversion rates
- CRM compliance and reporting accuracy
Requirements:
- 45 years sales experience, 12 years as Team Lead (edtech, BFSI, telecom, consumer sales preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets (individual & team)
- Fluent in Kannada & English (must)
- High accountability, leadership, and communication skills
