Job description / Responsibilities

Manage the overall running of the sales team.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a companys customer base and solidify its presence.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets for hybrid/ offgrid solar plants by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses.

Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners. Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements. Managing the sales

process through specific software programs.

Requirement

MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree required

2-5 years Prior Experience in team handling dealer/ solar EPC B2C Sales Has sound business judgment, and sales skills.

Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.

Potent leadership qualities.

Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.

Must Have: candidate should be from UPS Batteries background

Must Have: Kannada Language
