Job Description
Position: Team Lead Sales GeTDi (Mumbai, West India)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead ( role is equivalent to Regional Sales Manager ) to lead our sales efforts in the West India region , focusing on Generation , Transmission , and Distribution utility customers (GeTDi ).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of energy metering and management solutions to Generation, Transmission, and Distribution utilities
- Monitor and participate in tenders from government and private utilities
- Engage with key stakeholders in state and private power utilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utility decision-makers and procurement teams
- Track regional business opportunities, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for bid management, technical compliance, and documentation
- Support post-tender follow-up, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Report regional sales performance and pipeline forecasts regularly
What You Should Bring
Degree in Electrical / Power / Energy Engineering
15 (+/-) years of experience in sales to utilities in the electricity sector
