About the Role

Satya Skin & Hair Solutions is hiring a Team Lead Healthcare Sales / Senior Counselling Lead to manage day-to-day sales operations, lead a counselling team, and drive patient conversions. This role is ideal for strong individual performers who have started leading teams and want to grow into a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of patient counsellors and telecallers to meet monthly targets
• Handle senior and high-value patient counselling and ensure effective closures
• Track lead follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance
• Monitor CRM entries, MIS reports, and daily productivity
• Coach team members on sales pitch, objection handling, and English communication**
• Coordinate with doctors, marketing, and operations for smooth patient journeys
• Maintain sales discipline, process adherence, and team accountability

Required Experience & Skills

• 36 years of experience in healthcare / aesthetics sales or patient counselling
• Fluent English communication (mandatory)
• At least 12 year in a Team Lead / Senior Counsellor role
• Working knowledge of hair transplant, skin, and aesthetic treatments
• Strong sales closing, negotiation, and lead conversion skills
• Ability to manage targets, people, and performance pressure

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Currently working as a Senior Counsellor / Team Lead in a clinic or healthcare setup
• Comfortable with monthly targets and team responsibility
• Looking for growth, stability, and leadership exposure in the aesthetics industry

• Salary: 35,000 50,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
