Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios
  • Coach and train team members to improve performance and customer engagement
  • Handle team attendance, rostering, and performance reviews
  • Maintain MIS reports and sales dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and quality standards
  • Support business growth through effective lead management and follow-ups

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C Telesales
  • Proven team handling / people management experience
  • Fluent in Tamil (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
