Position Overview:

Were looking for a Team Lead - Patient Care Specialist at HexaHealth, you will oversee and mentor a team of patient care and sales specialists, ensuring seamless patient engagement and guidance throughout their healthcare journey. You will drive performance, provide coaching, optimize processes, and motivate the team to achieve both patient satisfaction and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Mentoring: Guide, coach, and motivate a team of patient care and sales specialists to achieve individual and team goals.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Patient Engagement Oversight: Ensure the team provides seamless support, counseling, and guidance to patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Sales & Revenue Management: Drive the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of patient service.

Process Optimization & Reporting: Streamline workflows, ensure adherence to HexaHealth protocols, and generate regular performance and progress reports.
