We are hiring a Team Leader B2B Sales with minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in the engine oil & grease industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage B2B sales team
• Drive sales of engine oil & grease products
• Develop dealers, distributors & institutional clients
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Support negotiations and key customer handling

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Team Leader
• Experience in engine oil/grease B2B sales
• Strong leadership & team-handling skills
• Good market & channel knowledge

Salary: Negotiation
