We are an established education company founded by Mr. Arviend Sud, specializing in Numerology and Vastu, with a dedicated student base of over 35,000 learners. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team.


Job Location: Janak Puri, New Delhi (Full time, In-Office Role)


Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary between Rs. 50,000 - 70,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Supervision:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20+ sales representatives to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, share updates, and discuss performance.
  • Develop performance metrics to assess individual performance of team
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse sales metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Management to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Identify performance gaps and work with team members to create and implement improvement plans.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recognition to drive continuous improvement and team morale.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Candidates must have an experience into B2C telesales-Outbound process
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM, preferably Zoho and dialers
