We are an established education company founded by Mr. Arviend Sud, specializing in Numerology and Vastu, with a dedicated student base of over 35,000 learners. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team.
Job Location: Janak Puri, New Delhi (Full time, In-Office Role)
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary between Rs. 50,000 - 70,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20+ sales representatives to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, share updates, and discuss performance.
- Develop performance metrics to assess individual performance of team
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyse sales metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Management to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Identify performance gaps and work with team members to create and implement improvement plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and recognition to drive continuous improvement and team morale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Candidates must have an experience into B2C telesales-Outbound process
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM, preferably Zoho and dialers
