Job Description

The Opportunity: DemandPay is revolutionizing B2B collections. We provide businesses with an autonomous, omnichannel payment platform that simplifies complex reconciliation. We are currently onboarding major enterprise clients (including a massive salt-to-software conglomerate) and are looking for a strategic sales leader to accelerate this momentum.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scale Revenue: Own the execution of our sales roadmap to achieve our 100 Cr target.
  • Lead the Charge: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting the standard for enterprise excellence.
  • Enterprise Mastery: Navigate long-cycle, high-value deals with C-suite stakeholders in large corporates.
  • Product Advocacy: Partner with our Tech and Product teams to ensure our 2.0 features solve real-world pain points for our enterprise partners.


What Were Looking For:


  • Proven Track Record: Experience in Fintech, Payment Aggregation, or SaaS Sales is non-negotiable.
  • Leadership DNA: Youve successfully managed a sales team and know how to drive KPIs.
  • The "Hustle" Factor: You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by massive growth targets.
