We are seeking a Sales Team Lead for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Team Lead will manage and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, analyzing performance metrics, coaching team members, engaging with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction, and strategizing to optimize revenue growth. Collaboration with different departments and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies will also be key aspects of this role.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Train and coach team members to improve sales techniques and productivity.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong Sales expertise with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Effective Team Management and leadership skills to oversee and guide a sales team.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess team performance and implement improvements.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools; familiarity with the travel industry is a plus.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, with prior experience in sales or team management.
- Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month
