Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will do telesales and oversee and manage tele-sales team, establish and implement sales strategies, and monitor team performance to meet targets. Responsibilities include analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities, maintaining effective team communication and motivation, and managing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves preparing sales reports and collaborating with management to improve business strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively

Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster client relationships

Proven Sales expertise and performance-oriented mindset to achieve established Targets and make the team members to achieve the targets on a daily basis.

Should have excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills

Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Any graduate

Experience Required: Experienced as a Team Lead (Tele-Sales)

Minimum Experience: 1+years

Language: Tamil, English & other languages
