Role OverviewThe Team Lead Sales will be responsible for driving on-ground and inside sales performance by managing, mentoring, and scaling a multi-format sales team. This role requires hands-on leadership across field sales executives, inside sales teams, and multi-city operations, with strong execution focus and ownership of targets.
The role reports into senior sales leadership and plays a critical part in Aurms rapid expansion across Bangalore and other key markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Performance
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives and/or Inside Sales representatives.
- Drive daily productivity, discipline, and performance metrics across the team.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and on-field support to ensure target achievement.
Sales Execution
- Own team-level targets for conversions, revenue, and activation across assigned societies or regions.
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement during site visits, kiosks, demos, and follow-ups.
- Monitor lead allocation, closure timelines, and conversion ratios.
Multi-City / Multi-Location Management
- Manage sales teams across one or multiple locations, including remote coordination where required.
- Ensure process consistency, reporting accuracy, and execution standards across cities.
Process & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, funnel visibility, and accurate reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions quickly.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure seamless execution.
- Support society-level initiatives, launches, and special sales programs.
Mandatory Requirements
- 36 years of experience with proven team-handling responsibility.
- Prior experience managing Field Sales Executives and/or Inside Sales teams.
- Experience handling multi-city or multi-location teams is strongly preferred.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to lead from the front.
Preferred Background
- B2C or B2B2C sales in sectors such as real estate, banking, insurance, fintech, or consumer services.
