Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales team, set and achieve sales targets, and coach team members to enhance performance. The role involves building strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting business growth through effective sales strategies. The position also requires collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proven Team Management and Leadership skills to motivate and guide sales team members effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills for developing strong client relationships and facilitating team collaboration.
  • Analytical skills to track, measure, and enhance sales performatrategy.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in fitness or wellness industry is an advantage.
