This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve performance targets. Key daily tasks include analyzing sales data, devising strategies to optimize sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet client satisfaction goals. Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective communication with team members to ensure alignment and productivity.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and formulate actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to inspire and guide a sales team toward achieving goals.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus but not mandatory.
