What is the role?

Join our dynamic Sales Support team and become the backbone of our sales success! You'll work hand-in-hand with our Account Managers to ensure seamless operations, exceptional client experiences, and help drive our mission to transform how businesses find their perfect workspace.


After comprehensive training, you will be set to succeed doing the following:


  • Handle initial client inquiries - Respond to basic questions, gather requirements, and route leads to the appropriate Account Manager and records up-to-date
  • Support the sales pipeline - Assist Account Managers with lead qualification, data entry, and opportunity tracking in our CRM
  • Coordinate client tours and viewings - Schedule appointments, send confirmations, and ensure all logistics run smoothly
  • Manage documentation - Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain CRM excellence - Keep all records up-to-date, log interactions, and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Follow up and chase - Keep deals moving by tracking pending items, sending reminders, and gathering outstanding information
  • Deliver exceptional internal support - Be the go-to person who makes everyone's life easier

Bonus points if you have:


  • Prior experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Background in sales operations, customer support, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with the prop tech or commercial real estate industry
