Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer interactions, order processing, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Handle customer inquiries through emails, phone calls, and CRM updates.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales leads, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure order processing and timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, sales presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
• Track pending orders, payments, and follow up with customers when required.
• Support arrangements for client meetings, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance trackers for management review.
• Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal departments.
• Coordinate after-sales service requirements with the technical/service team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
• 25 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or customer support (manufacturing/engineering industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
