PayLnq India Private Limited is a Hyderabad-based fintech startup offering AEPS, DMT, BBPS, mATM, POS, QR Sound Box, and Loan DSA services to enable financial inclusion for rural and urban India. The office is located at P.No.47, 8-2-269/547, Flat No.202, Sagar Society, Road No.02, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034, near Zaheer Nagar Bus Stop.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact leads from cold calling lists, digital marketing, and other sources using standard sales processes like prospecting, qualifying, pitching products, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Conduct outbound calls to merchants, agents, and micro-entrepreneurs, demonstrating PayLnq solutions such as A910S microATM and soundbox devices.
- Build and nurture customer relationships post-sale to ensure adoption, provide support, and upsell services for retention and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking correspondent (BC) services.
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written proficiency required for regional outreach).
Key Skills
- Proven track record in cold calling, lead conversion, and meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and digital marketing leads.
- Persuasive negotiation, objection handling, and customer-centric mindset; basic fintech knowledge (AEPS, POS, UPI) is a plus.
