Job Description
Position: Real Estate Sales Specialist
Location: Noida, Sector 132
Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month + performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Preferred: Candidates with knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
- Must have a vehicle & a laptop (optional).
