Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on growing our presence in the AEC BIM market, particularly in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the AEC BIM industry
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Present and explain BIM solutions to clients
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage leads and opportunities
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
  • Good understanding of BIM solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the USA market is a plus
