Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales , strong exposure to the US market , and proven expertise in outbound calling and prospecting . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with US-based clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities focused on the US market.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through the complete sales cycle.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth lead handover and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the US market.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales , preferably selling services or solutions.
  • Mandatory experience working with US-based clients/market .
  • Strong hands-on experience in outbound calling and cold outreach .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Experience in international sales or IT / SaaS / AEC industry is a plus.
