Key Result Areas1. Revenue & Pipeline Growth
Build and maintain a premium opportunity pipeline
Drive meetings, negotiations, and closures
Ensure strong revenue velocity and deal progression
2. Premium Lead Generation
Develop channels with developers, brokers, and HNI networks
Focus on quality opportunities over volume
Create structured outreach systems
3. Brand Positioning & Digital Presence
Strengthen presence across Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
Position the brand as a luxury authority
Drive inbound, brand-led opportunities
4. Conversion & Sales Strategy
Improve lead-to-closure ratios
Build structured sales processes
Ensure disciplined follow-ups and deal tracking
5. Client Communication & Trust Systems
Establish structured client update frameworks
Enhance client experience and relationship depth
Enable referrals and long-term engagement
6. Marketing Systems & Governance
Implement CRM and performance tracking
Create SOPs for marketing and communication
Align marketing efforts directly with revenue outcomes
