Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities of the role include managing sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, delivering effective training, and overseeing sales performance. The role also involves building lasting relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance, meet targets, and optimize sales strategies.
• Experience in Training to guide team members and enhance their skills and productivity.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the travel or retail industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.

Salary Range: Up to 4.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
