1 Role: Sales Executive Travel Domain Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling domestic & international travel packages , handling inbound & outbound leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle leads from website, social media, WhatsApp, calls, and performance campaigns
  • Sell holiday packages, group tours, honeymoon packages, adventure trips & customized itineraries
  • Understand customer requirements and design suitable travel solutions
  • Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate with operations, hotels, transport partners & vendors
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead management system
  • Upsell and cross-sell value-added services (activities, upgrades, insurance, etc.)
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction & post-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in travel sales
  • Strong knowledge of Indian & international destinations
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to close deals over calls, WhatsApp & emails
  • Customer-focused & target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced sales environment
Preferred
  • Experience with travel CRM / lead management tools
  • Prior exposure to online travel portals or travel agencies
  • Knowledge of group departures & customized trips
2Role: Team Leader Travel SalesRole Overview

The Team Leader will manage the travel sales team , drive revenue growth, ensure high conversion rates, and align sales efforts with TrampIndia.coms business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor & manage a team of Sales Executives
  • Allocate & monitor daily leads and follow-ups
  • Ensure achievement of individual & team sales targets
  • Train team members on destination knowledge, pitch, and closing techniques
  • Track performance metrics:
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio
  • Revenue per executive
  • Follow-up effectiveness
  • Coordinate with marketing & operations teams
  • Handle high-value clients & complex itineraries
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
  • Improve sales scripts, processes & conversion funnels
  • Resolve escalations & ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 36 years of experience in travel sales (minimum 12 years in leadership role)
  • Proven experience in team handling & target achievement
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication & motivational abilities
  • Deep understanding of travel products, pricing & operations
Preferred
  • Experience in OTA, DMC, or group tour companies
  • Exposure to performance marketing leads & digital sales funnels
  • Ability to scale sales operations from startup to growth phase
