Experience: 2+ Years in Sales

CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA + Incentives

Location: Chennai, TN

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit financial advisors from the local area.
• Train and support advisors to generate business.
• Do regular field visits and joint meetings with advisors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Find new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and clients.
• Track daily performance and improve results when needed.
• Keep an eye on local market and competitor activity.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline
• 2+ years of field sales experience (any industry)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Knowledge of local market is an added advantage
