Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika and BLTM is an established leader in trade shows in India, with clients from over 60 countries.


Fairfests flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as Indias leading travel event and is the largest B2B travel show in the Asia-Pacific region.


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales specialist from the technology space to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales and fostering partnerships within the technology sector for our events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in media and technology sales, with a passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for events related to technology and related sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exhibitors, and sponsors.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of participating in our events.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and event operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media and/or technology sales, preferably within the events industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
