Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales of digital advertising / visibility solutions to SMB customers
- Conduct daily field visits and discovery meetings with local businesses
- Audit a customers online presence and identify visibility / lead-generation gaps
- Pitch and close premium listings, digital ads, lead-gen and branding packages
- Drive fast-cycle closures (same day / short decision cycles)
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (34L+)
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and execution
- Handle renewals and upsell opportunities where applicable
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Sales / Ad Sales / Marketplace Sales
- Proven experience selling to SMB clients
- Strong exposure to field sales + client meetings
- Clear ownership of monthly revenue targets
- Experience selling digital listings, ads, lead-generation or visibility solutions
- Comfortable with daily targets, rejection, and on-ground hustle
