Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist in Solar Rooftop Installations, / solar thermal systems based in Kochi. The role entails identifying prospective clients, presenting tailored solar solutions, and managing the sales process to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals. Responsibilities include conducting product presentations, preparing detailed proposals, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage with clients
• Proven expertise in sales and sales management, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
• Customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Experience in training and motivating team members to achieve collective goals
• Passion for renewable energy or previous experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
• Bachelors degree in Business/engineering, Marketing, or a related field
