Sales Specialist

Sipimo is a hair and scalp treatment brand dedicated to scientific diagnosis and personalized treatment solutions for long-term scalp health. We specialize in addressing concerns such as hair fall, scalp imbalance, and premature greying through advanced scalp analysis and professional-grade formulations. Our structured treatment programs are delivered at state-of-the-art offline centers in collaboration with trained trichologists and technicians, ensuring consistent and results-oriented care.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored product and service recommendations, and driving conversions. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team through training and effective sales management.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs and inquiries.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets, with the ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent and optimal service delivery.
• Results-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
