About the Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through market outreach and networking
Conduct sales meetings and product/service presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotional activities
Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Skills & Competencies:
Proven sales and marketing skills with a target-driven approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good planning and time management
Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
