Key Responsibilities

• Work on the interested leads provided by the company
• Call prospective customers , understand requirements & schedule meetings
• Visit clients to pitch insurance solutions and close sales
• Provide excellent customer service & build strong long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain visit logs, sales tracking & reporting
• Coordinate with backend support teams for documentation and issuance

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum intermediate
• Freshers can apply
• Kannada language mandatory
• Driving License & Two-wheeler mandatory
• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Comfortable with office work + client visits
• Target-driven and ambitious mindset
