Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Specialist with experience or interest in Prefabricated / PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales for prefab structures across different sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the PEB / Prefabricated building sector.
Develop relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
2. Sales & Client Handling
Present company products and solutions to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable prefabricated structure solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
3. Project Coordination
Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure project execution.
Maintain regular communication with clients during project progress.
4. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update management regularly.
Requirements
Education: Diploma / B.Tech / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience: 15 years in PEB / Prefabricated structures / Construction / Building materials sales
Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
