Sales Specialist

Kaizen Wellness is a boutique wellness space in Goa blending movement, mindfulness, and nourishment under one roof.

From Pilates and recovery therapies to our vegan caf and immersive retreats we believe in helping people become 1% better every day.

Were now looking for a Sales Specialist who can take full ownership of sales as an independent function and grow revenue across all Kaizen verticals - Pilates memberships, recovery therapies, caf retail, workshops, and retreats, while maintaining our brands mindful luxury ethos.

What Youll Do

• Lead and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all Kaizen offerings.
• Drive membership growth (Silver, Gold, and la carte), ensuring a strong pipeline of new and returning clients.
• Build sales for recovery therapies, spa services, and private workshops.
• Create cross-vertical bundles (e.g., Caf + Pilates, Membership + Recovery).
• Design and manage sales funnels, CRM systems, and follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft refined, non-pushy campaigns that convert.
• Nurture relationships with members, corporate partners, and wellness collaborators.
• Track sales metrics and report monthly performance to leadership.

What Were Looking For

• 47 years of experience in sales or business development within wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail.
• Deep understanding of premium client psychology - someone who can sell through empathy, storytelling, and alignment.
• Data-driven yet intuitive: you love numbers, but you also read energy and intent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and lead tracking.
• Based in or open to relocating to Goa (hybrid flexibility possible).
