Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit cards .
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and charges clearly to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Assist customers with the application process and documentation over calls.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets .
• Follow compliance guidelines and ethical calling practices.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• 15 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or credit card sales preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment .
• Basic knowledge of credit cards or banking products is an advantage.
• Must have a smartphone / laptop, stable internet connection, and headset .
