Job Summary

Location :- Noida (Onsite)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional from the HR Tech domain who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring consistent recurring revenue. The role requires a strong understanding of HR technology, recruitment solutions, and client pain points, with a sharp focus on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will not only close deals but also ensure clients continue to see value in our solutions, leading to renewals, upselling, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients across industries using HR Tech / recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and business goals.
  • Pitch HR Tech products and services effectively, positioning them as value-driven and scalable solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Client Relationship Management & Retention

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Ensure clients receive consistent value from the platform/services, driving client retention and renewals.
  • Work closely with internal delivery, recruitment, and account management teams to meet client expectations.
  • Address client concerns proactively and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Revenue Growth & Recurring Business

  • Drive recurring revenue through renewals, repeat business, and long-term contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional HR Tech solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Quality & Outcome-Focused Delivery

  • Ensure clients receive relevant and high-quality candidate profiles aligned with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality standards and positive hiring outcomes.
  • Collect client feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Market & Product Insights

  • Stay updated on HR Tech trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs.
  • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to help improve solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, demos, and industry interactions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, Recruitment, or Staffing sales
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong follow-up and account management abilities
  • Revenue-driven with a focus on quality outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, HR, or Business Management
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-market HR Tech deals
  • Experience managing recurring revenue models (subscriptions, retainers, contracts)
