FinnDMC is a Finland-headquartered Destination Management Company specialising exclusively in Finland and Arctic experiences. We work with global travel partners to design luxury, experiential, and tailor-made journeys, combining strong on-ground operations with international market expertise.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
Role OverviewThe Sales Specialist will focus on developing B2B relationships, managing travel enquiries, and supporting sales growth by positioning Finland as a premium experiential destination. This role requires strong consultative selling skills and destination knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Handle B2B travel enquiries (FIT, luxury, groups, incentives)
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and partners
- Understand client needs and support customised itinerary planning
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate closely with operations and product teams
- Represent FinnDMC professionally across markets.
- Strong sales mindset with proven relationship-building skills
- Travel industry experience, preferably within Scandinavia or Nordic destinations
- Excellent communication skills with professional client handling ability.
