DroneStark Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Indian drone manufacturer specialising in heavy-lift UAVs surveillance platforms and industrial-grade robotics. Our products serve Police Departments, Forest & Wildlife, Disaster Response Agencies, Industrial Clients and Defence-linked organisations.


We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Specialist for Drone Sales to represent DroneStark products with confidence and technical understanding.


ROLE: Sales Specialist (Drone Sales)


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert sales in Government, Semi-Govt, and Private sectors.
  • Conduct outdoor demos of DroneStark platforms (QuadraGlide, OctaGlide, HexaGlide, UGVs, payloads).
  • Meet police teams, forest officials, disaster response units, and industrial buyers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, technical comparison sheets, and vendor registrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering for custom solutions.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting.
  • Travel pan-India for demos, exhibitions, and client meetings.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + English; Marathi preferred).
  • Confident personality with the ability to handle field demos.
  • Understanding of drone basics (training will be provided).
  • Ability to pitch technical products to government and enterprise clients.
  • Comfortable with target-based sales.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
  • Past experience in Government/Institutional sales is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to drones, robotics, CCTV, security systems, or tech hardware sales.
